I am active with the March of Dimes and am a member of the Volunteer Committee for their annual Signature Chefs Auction. The March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction is an evening filled with exquisite cuisine featuring more than fifteen of Metro Detroit’s finest chefs. The chefs prepare samples of their signature dishes for over 400 people. Each year the March of Dimes honors an exemplary citizen with the 2012 John Dingell Hero for Babies Award for their commitment to working together for stronger, healthier babies.  The 2012 Signature Chefs Auction raised $155,000 for the March of Dimes.  This annual event has raised over $650,000 in the last 11 years and is the most successful donation raising event for the March of Dimes.  Click here for a link to information for last years Signature Chefs Auction.
